We communicate with our clients primarily via e-mail, phone, fax and regular mail. 

You can assemble your tax data documents and fill out your tax data questionnaire at your convenience, then mail the questionnaire and back-up documents to us.  We review your information and send follow-up questions to you via phone, e-mail, fax or regular mail.  You do not have to waste time sitting across the desk watching a tax preparer pound a keyboard to prepare your tax return.

When your tax preparation process is completed we will electronically file your federal and state returns (unless a return does not qualify for e-filing) mail your tax return copies to you.

If you wish to engage Brookwood Tax Service for tax preparation or income tax planning, we will contact you with some additional questions, to closely match the tax data organizer questions we send you to your particular tax needs.  We also will request copies of your most recent tax returns to check for possible additional deductions or credits that might still be claimed and to ensure we pick up all carry-over items.
